MEET THE GOATS
Wild Pyle Acres currently consists of the following ADGA Nigerian Dwarf goats and some of their friends.
This page will be updated as we grow and our kidding schedule will be posted under "Just Kidding".

The Nigerian Dwarf goat is an American breed of dwarf goat derived from the West African Dwarf group of breeds of West Africa. A doe can produce up to two quarts per day of milk that is higher in butterfat (6-10 percent) and protein than milk from most dairy goat breeds.
Another benefit of Nigerian dwarf goats is their manure can be used as natural compost for gardens.
The breed was recognized by the American Dairy Goat Association (ADGA) in 2005.
The Nigerian Dwarf was originally bred for show and as a companion animal.

2019 Doe
From Wildroot Cove: Summer's dam, Diamond, was one of their best milkers. Summer was the youngest of theirs at the 2021 Linear Appraisal and their appraiser was very encouraging about her. She scored a FS 86 as a first freshener! Once she is a couple years older, he was certain that score would improve.
